Communication Etiquette & Guidelines

1. Use only the official communication channels approved by the store.
2. Maintain mutual respect when communicating with customer service representatives.
3. Refrain from verbal abuse, threats, defamation, harassment, or the use of inappropriate language toward the store or its staff.
4. Do not send content that violates applicable laws, public morals, or the rights of others.
5. Do not misuse communication channels through repeated disturbances, malicious complaints, fraudulent requests, or any behavior that disrupts normal operations.
6. The store reserves the right to suspend communication or take appropriate legal action in cases involving abuse, threats, defamation, harassment, or unlawful use of communication channels.

Complaints Handling

1. Customers have the right to submit complaints related to orders or services provided by the store.
2. Complaints will be reviewed and assessed during official working hours.
3. The store may request additional documents or information necessary to investigate and resolve a complaint.
4. The store is committed to exercising reasonable care in handling complaints in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and store policies.
5. The complaint review period shall not exceed seven (7) business days from the date all required information and supporting documents have been received.
