Site Inspection Policy

To ensure professional service and accurate site evaluation, an initial inspection fee of SAR 150 is required for on-site visits within Riyadh city.

This amount shall be considered:
• A field inspection and transportation fee for the work team
• Fully deductible from the total project cost upon agreement and project approval
• Non-refundable in the event of no agreement or customer cancellation after the inspection has been completed

The customer shall be entitled to a full refund to the same payment method in the following cases:
• Failure of the inspection team to attend at the scheduled time
• Inability of the store to conduct the inspection
• Cancellation of the service by the store before the inspection takes place

• Final pricing depends on the site condition and scope of work determined after inspection
