Site Inspection & Transportation Policy

To ensure accurate service evaluation, an initial inspection fee of SAR 150 is required for on-site assessment داخل Riyadh city.

This amount shall be considered:
• A field inspection and transportation fee for the work team
• Fully deductible from the total service cost upon agreement and execution
• Non-refundable if no agreement is reached after the inspection

The customer shall be entitled to a full refund in the following cases:
• Failure of the inspection team to attend
• Inability of the store to perform the service
• Cancellation by the store before the inspection takes place

Important Notes:
• Services are currently available within Riyadh city
• Deliveries outside Riyadh are handled through available shipping companies
• Final pricing depends on shipment size, packaging requirements, and delivery location
