7. Warranty Policy
 
At Daylam Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with the products you purchase. Accordingly, we provide a clear and fair warranty policy that protects your rights as a customer while safeguarding the store’s interests.
 
Note:
The Arabic language is the official language for the adoption and interpretation of this Warranty Policy. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
 
1. Warranty Terms and Conditions
 
1.1. The warranty applies to products that are explicitly stated as covered under warranty in the product deion at the time of purchase, as listed in Clause (7).
 
1.2. The warranty period commences from the purchase date indicated on the original invoice.
 
1.3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional malfunctions in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
 
1.4. The warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:
• Misuse or negligence.
• Accidents, drops, or exposure to unsuitable external conditions.
• Improper installation or inadequate maintenance.
• Modifications or repairs carried out without prior authorization.
 
2. Warranty Claim Procedure
 
2.1. The customer must submit a warranty claim through the contact details specified in Clause (6).
 
2.2. Proof of purchase from the store must be provided.
 
2.3. The store reserves the right to request the product for inspection by a specialized team to assess its condition and verify:
• The validity of the warranty period.
• The existence of a manufacturing defect or functional failure.
 
2.4. The customer may be required to deliver the product to one of the designated collection centers and bear the shipping costs.
 
3. Warranty Solutions
 
3.1. If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, the customer shall be entitled to one of the following options:
• Replacement of the product with a new unit of the same type or an equivalent alternative.
• Refund of the product value in accordance with the agreed terms.
 
3.2. The store shall determine the appropriate option based on the product condition assessment and the manufacturer’s policies.
 
4. Warranty Exclusions
 
4.1. Products not covered by warranty or those for which the warranty period has expired.
 
4.2. Products damaged due to the factors listed in Clause (1.4).
 
4.3. Cosmetic damages that do not affect product performance, such as scratches or discoloration.
 
4.4. Products used for purposes other than those for which they were intended.
 
5. Warranty Claim Processing Time
 
Warranty claims will be evaluated within a maximum of 7 business days from the date the product is received.
